Technology Change Management Manager

Responsibilities:
✅ The Technology Change Management Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of IT Tribe’s products and services within the organization.
✅ You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective assurance processes and practices. Your primary goal is to mitigate risks and ensure that IT Tribe’s technology output comply to existing local tech policies and procedures, group IT policies, regulatory requirements, as well as other applicable company policies.
✅ The role will periodically conduct assurance reviews in different technology areas (software development, infrastructure, etc) to identify any non-compliance to current policies, guidelines and procedures. This position will also conduct pre-audit reviews to ensure any gap is identified before actual internal and external audits.
✅ The role will help in the identification and proper management of technology risks and ensure proper controls are in-place to mitigate associated risks.
Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement an assurance strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify areas of improvement and also recommend appropriate actions to enhance the overall quality and compliance of IT tribe’s products and services.
Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with IT Tribe’s products and services. Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure their implementation. Regularly monitor and review risk management process to ensure their effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes and procedures. Ensure that IT Tribe’s output meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements. Stay updated with changes in regulations and ensure that the organization remains compliant. Provide guidance and support to the team regarding compliance matters.
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the assurance team, setting clear goals and expectations. Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies. Communicate assurance strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assurance processes. Identify areas for automation and implement technological solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare timely and accurate reports on assurance activities, including findings, recommendations, and outcomes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of assurance processes, procedures, and results.
Training and Development: Identify training needs within the assurance team and develop appropriate training programs. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to assurance activities. Share best practices, lessons learned, and knowledge with colleagues to enhance overall organizational performance.

Requirements:
✅ College degree in Bachelor of Science, preferably Major in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Management
✅ Knowledgeable in Audit and Quality Assurance Reviews
✅ Knowledge in Audit Standards and Techniques
✅ Knowledgeable in Agile Software Development Life Cycle
✅ Knowledgeable in Agile Project Management
✅ Knowledgeable in IT Infrastructure Operations
✅ Knowledgeable in Information and IT Security
✅ Knowledge in Risk Management and Reporting
✅ Knowledgeable in IT Audit or IT Quality Assurance (Technology Domain)
✅ At least 5 years’ experience performing role and job accountabilities as stated above.
