Technical Recruiter

Duties & Responsibilities:
✅ Source candidates for Government across HR, Admin, and other ICT verticals
✅ Shortlist suitable candidates for roles
✅ Interview prep and follow up
✅ Contact shortlisted candidates and qualify them further (rates, availability,
experience etc.)
✅ Maintains and grows a fruitful candidate talent pool

✅ Maintain Fieldglass Database (submit suitable candidates onto Fieldglass for client
to review) • Follows up with submissions and outcomes to MSP contacts
✅ Keep our CRM up to date (Jobadder)
✅ Contractor Management – first-day details and check-ins
✅ 360 recruitment

Qualifications:
✅ 3-5 years in recruitment HR, admin, and ICT
✅ Experience recruiting within Australia (ideal)
✅ Experience in the USA (must)
✅ Speed to market
✅ Great communication skills – written and verbal
✅ Ability to work on multiple roles in various areas at one time
✅ Fast response time
✅ Australian or USA market experience
✅ ICT and MIXED vertical experience (Admin, HR, ICT, etc)
✅ Able to create and maintain long-lasting and trustful relationships with candidates.
