Duties & Responsibilities:
✅ Creative and motivated individuals find and create new opportunities to gain more
customers through online methods and cold reach approaches. The position requires
extreme organization, punctuality, perseverance, and attention to detail in order to be super
successful.
✅ A day-to-day schedule would consist of answering sales calls, responding to emails to
help cultivate interest in products/services that we sell. Will be doing a lot of online research,
LinkedIn, google, etc. to find potential clients that fit into our model, contacting them via cold
emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, or social media to get in touch and set up a
demo/meeting and ultimately lead to a sale (a paying customer).
✅ Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and
comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how
our solutions meet the needs
✅ Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful
implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
✅ Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule
to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
✅ Develop and implement a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis,
and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Tools of Trade:
✅ Basic software such as Google Docs, Online Search, Windows shortcuts, Email
✅ CRM tools for documenting notes, leads, creating clients, agreements and etc.
Skills Required:
✅ EXTREMELY well organized & punctual
✅ must be a self-starter, out-of-the-box thinker, and problem solver
✅ Positive mentality and thinking
✅ Great listener to drill down and find pain points
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
✅ Experience in sales for at least 2 years.
✅ Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
✅ A commitment to excellent customer service.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both
customers and suppliers.
✅ Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
✅ Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
✅ Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
