Lead Generation

Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and qualify potential packaging leads, while maintaining and expanding comprehensive contact databases.
✅ Initiate cold calls utilizing scripted content to furnish information about our products and endeavor customers to schedule appointments with sales executives.
✅ Effectively manage and organize the sales appointments of sales executives.
✅ Prepare and organize sales reports.
✅ Monitor and analyze call metrics, including the success rate of appointment bookings.
✅ Maintain and update customer records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and oversee sales IQ.
✅ Consistently conduct follow-ups with customers through both emails and phone calls.
✅ Reach out to current customers to collect feedback on our products and conduct satisfaction surveys, aiming to comprehend and enhance the offerings of the organization.
✅ Remain actively engaged in calling and emailing initiatives to generate interest and secure client attendance during and after Pack Expo Shows.
✅ Adhere to protocol for secure handling of customer’s personal information and maintain quality assurance standards.
✅ Demonstrate professional and pleasant phone mannerisms.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service.
✅ Achieve performance targets.

Qualifications:
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in Lead generation/ Appointment Setting
✅ Excellent Communication skills
✅ Knowledge with CRM tools
✅ Can start ASAP
