Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement Customer strategies and supporting processes for LeasAsia Customers, including GTM, sales strategies and business planning.
✅ Develop and implement initiatives that ensure collaboration, efficiency gains, engagement and
loyalty with our customers whilst being commercially viable.
✅ Develop sales plans that result in delivery whilst upholding our margin targets.
✅ Set and manage annual planning sessions with Customers and quarterly reviews.
✅ Own and monitor personal and team KPI achievement. Prepare and participate
✅ in performance reviews.
✅ Manage customer allocation budgets and costs according to LeasAsia’s annual
✅ Business Planning and Targeting setting objectives.
✅ Proactively identify short- and medium-term Customer objectives and business needs and align
them with Leas Asia’s business objectives and business needs.
✅ Develop, propose and sell proactive business solutions across the full demand and supply chain.
✅ Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales
agreements and achieve targeted margins.
✅ Manage and monitor 5P execution performance (range, promotion, availability, pricing, share of
shelf, etc.) and ensure issues are quickly resolved by the team.
✅ Develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and
incorporate into customer strategies.
✅ Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form
meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
✅ Develop, monitor and recommend improvement initiatives on business processes, customer
services and new techniques (category management, scanning, etc.)
✅ Develop and build relationships with Customers and a network of contacts to order to understand
customer needs and achieve business objectives.
✅ Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Trade Marketing, Product
✅ Manager and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
✅ Several years of experience in key account management in the FMCG industry.
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong
relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
✅ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
✅ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
✅ Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
✅ Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
✅ Ability to work independently.
