Responsibilities:
✅ Scheduling – Manage the practice calendar by scheduling appointments in advance and sending appointment reminders to patients with upcoming visits.
✅ Records Management – Tracking and recording all information for each patient is necessary to create an accurate medical history for future diagnoses.
✅ General patient inquiries – Clearing emails and handling administration-related inquiries, such as payments, facilitating referrals, or transcribing documents.
✅ Insurance Processing – Conduct pre-authorization of inquiries with insurance or medical aids and complete claims paperwork.

Qualifications:
✅ Proficient in MS Office; Google Suite, RingCentral or any VOIP system.
✅ Medical background preferred but not required.
✅ BPO or similar experience preferred
✅ Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Analytical, organized and systematic.
✅ Process oriented and follow strict deadlines.
✅ Able to work with minimal supervision.
✅ Must be a good team player.
