Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

✅ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
✅ Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
✅ Present our company to potential clients.
✅ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
✅ Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
✅ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
✅ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
✅ Lead qualification calls with (prospective) clients.
✅ Report to the Revenue Operations Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
✅ Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Preferably in computer science, IT, marketing, or business
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing position
✅ Experience with HubSpot CRM
✅ Proficiency in MS Office
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅ Ability to deliver results.
✅ Strong time management and organizational skills
✅ Ability to identify opportunities and develop and implement effective sales strategies.
