Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and requirements for software development projects.
✅ Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
✅ Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
✅ Create clear and comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, use cases, process flows, and other artifacts as needed.
✅ Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that deliverables meet business expectations.
✅ Participate in project planning, sprint grooming, and review meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
✅ Perform impact analysis and risk assessment to identify potential issues and dependencies.
✅ Collaborate with QA team to develop test cases and ensure thorough testing of software applications.
✅ Support stakeholders during user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies.
✅ Continuously monitor and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and project leadership.

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
✅ 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the software development industry.
✅ Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
✅ Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
✅ Proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects on time and within budget.
✅ Relevant certifications such as CBAP, IIBA-AAC, or similar (preferred but not required)
