Overview:
📝 We are looking for experienced individuals to manage the day-to-day accounting for A/P and A/R as well as any required tasks assigned by other team members. Must have an excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets, FCF Statements, read and explain financial statements, present forecasts to the leadership team and be extremely proactive and organized
Key Responsibilities:
✍️ Review all internal projects, tickets, and tasks and ensure that clients are being billed correctly for the services rendered, including one-time and recurring services
✍️ Think and implement new innovative ideas to save time and money by automating processes, removing manual processes and creating SOPs to avoid costly mistakes
✍️ Stay on top of A/R to ensure clients are paying their bills promptly to effectively manage the company’s income
✍️ Actively reconciling all of our accounts, managing and ensuring that vendors & A/P have been paid to prevent service interruptions for our clients
✍️ Running P&L statements and ensuring that we maintain profitability on services, products, projects, and clients
✍️ Running audits throughout the year to ensure proper services are billed to correctly
✍️ Documentation of all responsibilities, creating training videos, taking charge of creating new workflows to make the company and process more efficient for both the Client and our company
Requirements:
📋 3+ years of experience in A/P and A/R accounting, with a preference for US client experience.
📋 Tech-savvy with experience using accounting software and managing vendor relationships.
📋 Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheets, and FCF Statements, and the ability to present forecasts.
📋 Proactive and organized with excellent task management and the ability to meet deadlines.
📋 Experience in account reconciliation, ensuring timely payments and accurate billing.
📋 Skilled in process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
📋 Ability to create and document workflows, training materials, and SOPs.
📋 Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting financial data.
