Job Description

The individual will lead financial auditing, account balancing, and process
documentation within the general accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the monthly and annual closing cycles to ensure all entries are processed accurately and on time.
Handle general ledger maintenance and multi-currency configurations.
Oversee the completeness of both manual and automated financial records.
Direct the bank and account reconciliation processes across various departments.
Ensure all internal controls are strictly followed and documented.
Review and validate balances to maintain data integrity.
Supervise a specialized accounting team focused on complex settlements and contract compliance.
Manage high-level stakeholder relationships with both internal departments and external partners.
Analyze premium-related bookings and ensure timely issuance of statements.
Serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external audits.
Coordinate the collection of audit requirements and schedules across the organization.
Investigate audit findings and spearhead the implementation of recommended action plans.
Support system migrations, enhancements, and general database maintenance.
Document workflows and suggest improvements to existing financial procedures.
Execute ad-hoc projects as directed by senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or a related financial field.
Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is preferred.
3–5 years of professional experience in a complex accounting environment or a similar corporate role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and experience with enterprise accounting software.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Willing to work on-site in Clark on a night shift schedule.
