Job Description
The NSW support role is focused on ensuring that all NSW jobs are prioritized, particularly in relation to DNSP approvals. Compared to other states, the NSW process is more complex and time-consuming, and current systems (HubSpot) are not fully
optimized to handle these requirements.
This role requires a highly organized individual who can work effectively under pressure, manage multiple applications simultaneously, and ensure no delays in critical approval stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- DNSP Application Management – Ensure all DNSP applications are submitted accurately and on time.
- Application Monitoring – Actively monitor application progress, including connection approvals and email communications from DNSPs.
- Post-Installation Coordination – Manage post-installation requirements, including:
o DERR registration
o Meter configuration arrangements - Document Collection – Ensure all required post-installation documents are collected and properly recorded, including CES and other compliance documents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience managing end-to-end application or approval-based workflows (utilities, energy, construction, or compliance environments preferred).
- High attention to detail, particularly when submitting forms, tracking approvals, and handling regulatory documentation.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple NSW applications simultaneously, ensuring no missed steps or deadlines.
- Proven capability to monitor email communications and application portals and proactively follow up with external stakeholders.
- Strong coordination skills for post-installation tasks, including registrations, meter configurations, and document validation.
- Experience collecting, verifying, and accurately recording compliance documents (e.g. certificates, regulatory forms, approvals).
- Comfortable working with CRM or workflow systems (including partially manual or non-optimized systems such as HubSpot).
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks independently
- Strong written communication skills and confidence escalating issues when delays or gaps are identified
- Must be comfortable supporting Australian (NSW) operations and aligning with Australian business hours as required
- Training and processes will be provided, but a self-starter mindset is essential
