Job Description
We are looking for a fast, accurate Web Developer who loves using AI to build great websites. You will build and optimize websites across multiple platforms, ensuring they are fast, secure, and ready for Google ranking. This is a fast-paced agency role. You must be a proactive problem-solver who delivers “client-ready” work on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, Duda, and OpenCart.
- Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and code structure from day one so websites rank well.
- Proactively use AI (like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to code faster, fix bugs, and improve your daily workflow.
- Work quickly under tight agency deadlines while keeping your work highly accurate and error-free.
- Work directly with our team in the office to solve problems and launch projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience developing and managing sites on WordPress, Shopify, Duda, and OpenCart.
- Strong grasp of site speed, optimization, and search engine best practices.
- Proficient with project management tools (like Monday.com) and team communication platforms (like Slack).
- Active use of AI tools to increase efficiency, speed, and code quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and take full ownership of projects.
- A preference for working on-site with a team rather than working from home.
