Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support our e-commerce supply chain operations. The role involves managing Amazon FBA shipments, monitoring inventory movements, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare UK FBA Shipments.
- Prepare ASN Shipments through Vendor Central Amazon.
- FBA and Inventory Reconciliation.
- WP Inbound and Outbound shipment monitoring (Tracking Shipments).
- Purchase Order Management.
- System Clean up and support (Inventory Tool, existing reports, other related files).
- Slow Moving and Overstock Report.
- Monthly Inventory Report.
- Adhoc Reports (Supply Chain).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player, and Agile.
- Can perform with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
